A Perfect Evening of Wine & Japanese Cuisine
The O hotel recently hosted an evening to remember at Harajuku – O Hotel, the authentic Japanese fine dine restaurant in Pune, which was a first of its kind after the merger between GroverVineyards Ltd (GVL) and Vallee De Vin Pvt Ltd (VDV).
With the two distinguished brands, Grover Zampa Vineyards, coming together, it was a worthwhile experience for wine connoisseurs and lovers from across the city to be a part of the marvelous wine and splendid food.
Among the host of Pune’s well-heeled food connoisseurs, were spotted NeelamSeolekar, Sumedh Singh Mandla, JyotieeBalani, Tarita and AdityaMehendale, Shola Carletti, Alessandro Lambrucchi, Monika Trivedi, Werner Ploner, LalehBusheri and Dr. AnandKoppiker unwinding over authentic Japanese cuisine.
Much thought was given to the wine and food pairing with popular Japanese cuisine such as Shake Sashimi (Salmon) and Tai Sashimi (Sea bream)being paired with Zampa Soiree Brut, Tekka Maki (Spicy), Sushi Platter (Non Vegetarian & Vegetarian)&Asparagus Maki (Spicy) being paired with Grover Sauvignon Blanc 2012, Yesai Tempura (Mixed Vegetables), Ebi Tempura (Prawns) and Ika Tempura (Squid) being paired with Grover Shiraz Rose 2012 and Duck Yakiniku, Tenderloin Teppanyaki, YasaiYaki (Vegetables)&Fried Rice being paired with Zampa Syrah 2010 and Grover La Reserve 2010.
