Agua de Valencia, Belini and Pomeau with cider or Poirée
In Spain, there is a Cocktail, called Agua de Valencia, prepared with Orange Juice, Triple Seco (similar to Cointreau), and Cava.
Also there's a similar cocktait, called Beline, with Cava, Peach juice and a hint of Cassis.
In France, I tried Pomeau with cider, or Pomeau with Poirée. Both delicious.

I would want to try Agua de Valencia sometime. I am biased towards citrus cocktails.
